JTB Services is a family owned and operated business founded in 1986 by Jim T Bulgier. We started small and our philosophy was simple – “provide our customers with the best service, treat employees like family, invest in quality equipment, and never forget that our customer’s problem is our problem.” We have grown dramatically since 1986, becoming one of the leading demolition Contractors in the State of Texas. We pride ourselves in accepting large difficult projects most other Demolition Companies are unable or unwilling to except. JTB owns a fleet of excavators, end dump trailers, roll offs, sheers, a robilizer that will break up to 36” of pavement and various other equipment. We specialize in the demolition of Schools, Universities, Highway Removal, Bridge Removal, Implosions, Warehouses, Football Stadiums, Commercial Buildings, and Houses of all sizes.

Kellie has a master’s degree in business from the University of Houston and brings well over a decade of experience in the construction industry. She is responsible for short- and long-term financial planning along with analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing strategic direction.
